As one of the UK's most iconic seaside pleasure destinations, Brighton Pier aimed to broaden its appeal to a new generation. The challenge was to develop a digital strategy that would enhance visitor footfall, increase spend per head and foster ongoing online engagement.
Crafted a digital brand strategy centred around a messaging suite that captured the vibrant spirit of Brighton’s history, encouraging visitors to 'Brighton' their mood. The brand design reflected the colourful essence of the seaside experience, resonating with both new and returning audiences.


Achieved record sales figures exceeding £40 million in 2015, with the Pier group surpassing market expectations by up to 200% year-on-year. Additionally, social traffic saw a remarkable increase of 236.33%, indicating enhanced online engagement.
